this video is great to follow along to with a kettlebell at home. I love your approach to strength building ZenKahuna. I grew up with an idea about strength as strictly for "dudes" that wanted to get "ripped" and make protein shakes. I love that you are showing that building strength can be peaceful, grounding and fun! gracias amigo
