yes it is now Known as Bellaroca Island Resort and Spa. And it is open to the public but gosh the price is kinda expensive

it's not yet open to public..only those who are member are welcomed here.. it's not definitely open to the natives of the province which is really not that fair...

Correction please: this is formerly known as Fantasy Elephant Island NOW KNOWN as "Bellaroca Island Resort and Spa" and if I am not mistaken, it is already open to public again. - this is my mother's province!
