Aura Lee a.k.a. Love Me Tender ~ Burke's High D Whistle (Composite Narrow Bore)

So yesterday I found a MIDI file on the internets of Aura Lee / Love Me Tender. I imported it into Logic Studio and stripped out the melody line so I could play along. This should help me get more used to playing along with others. Still very rough, but it sounds good I think. :) Not very much sunshine today so the lighting sucks in this one.

Hi! thanks for the tip...the whistle is in the key of high D... yeah, I'm not to sure what I'm doing with Logic Studio as far as transposing to the right key. I need to find a better/simpler too for playing back MIDI (on macintosh).

Not bad, but the whistle was the wrong key for the MIDI. Sounds like maybe the key of A? Can you change the key in the MIDI?
