what key must i press when i gonna make my brush size begger or smaller?

Make sure your Caps Lock key is NOT on! Press the Left Bracket key [ - to shrink brush diameter; press the Right Bracket key ]- to enlarge brush diameter. Don't confuse Bracket keys with Parenthesis keys. Bracket keys are to the right of the "P" key on the keyboard.

you could simply change the mode of the healing brush to "replace" instead of all this work.

Replace makes the healing brush work exactly like the Clone Stamp Tool. You could use just a very tiny brush and work carefully, this way actually lets you have a bit more leeway
