'Daughter Shine' has had a huge impact on the UK soul scene and has featured on a number of radio playlists up and down the country. (Smooth Radio, Solar Radio, Starpoint) Produced by 5am Record's Tony Bean (Lemar, Nu Life, Usher, Kelly Rowland), this song has a contemporary old school feel which is uplifting and inspirational.

Since releasing her debut album 'Unbroken' in April of this year, it's been a busy stretch for Monique. Having supported US soul sensation 'Dwele' at the HMV institute Birmingham, at the request of his management she later joined him at the Jazz Café in London. This was followed by support for other soul greats such as Eric Benet and US songstress Avery Sunshine.'
