@PSshadow92 Reshiram and Zekrom represent the embodiment of Yin and Yang. Yin and Yang is the substance of all life being created into on force. Basically its like a 5th element in line with fire, water, earth, and air. I dont necessarily believe it is beyond the so called creator of all pokemon, but i do believe that they where a second step in creating life with the main legends of sinnoh.

My guess is that Reshiram and Zekrom are a step BEYOND Arceus in that they introduce the concept of an afterlife. If that's the case then it makes a little bit of sense how they could make another generation but it's getting to the point where it is almost overkill.
