They are representing a culture not a race. The way they talk and act is a "urban/street" & some "thug" references. It isn't a race its a culture

I get what you are trying to say but the fact is that they gave these characters a hip hop black kind of slang and then they make them dtupid and can't read that is racist because out of all of the autobots these two are the only ones who are intellectually behind. It is also the way they look to, and trust me it ain't just the gold teeth.

Michael bay had nothing with the racial stereotyping. The voice actors came up with the way they spoke. Even one of them was voiced by a black man

I agree with you on most points that people are idiots and they see racism where they WANT to see it, wheather it's there or not. However the movie not having a plot? Completly untrue.
