  • i dont see how you can get so mad about this? those black guys wouldnt have gotten famous anyway but yea it would have been nice of zeppelin to give them credit instantly. but thats what you do when oportunity is knocking to get out of england and get big in america. they were enjoying the ride and the fame can you blame them. regardless they were awesome musicians and im glad i grew up with these songs to influence me,

  • I like how they say that caller was gonna defend Zeppelin, and all he did was list more example of their plagiarism.

  • They're a fucking cover band

  • The thing is,on the original release of I, they did not give song writing credits to anyone besides themselves. They changed the credits after they were sued. Also, they should have played the Jake Holmes original dazed and confused.

  • The stones did that to with "love in vain". They didn't credit marianne Faithfull flr 20 years for writing "sister morphine". Ron Wood wrote "it's only rock n' roll"(before he joined the band) and they never gave him credit.

  • Willie Dixon is credited for "I Can't Quit You, Baby" on the Led Zeppelin album.

  • Jimmy would be PISSED if he knew on Wikipedia when talking about Zeppelin's legacy, that they "have influenced bands, from Black Sabbath, to Megadeth and Queen to Velvet Revolver"

  • rolling stone mag's hall of fame should just be filled with a list of blues musicians and a little box at the bottom corner where the uncreative pussies are listed.

  • Nice message at the end lol

  • Fogerty wrote "old man down the road" i think and supposedly it sounded too much like "run through the jungle", but it was decreed he couldnt plagarize himself? something like that.
