2 24 09 Police Enabling Abuse

On February 24, 2009, two Barrington Illinois police officers refused to uphold criminal law on behalf of two abuse victims and repeated the ongoing threat of false prosecution of Dr. Mannix for exposing Illinois' Pay-to-Play Parenthood and Family Court Corruption, thereby once again demonstrating their aiding and abetting federal RICO crimes on video. The abuser is heard in the background stating he will handle it in the corrupt Cook County Court. And he did. Judge Eileen Brewer ordered the abused teen back to his abuser with the threat of false incarceration of his mom and entered a contempt rule against Dr. Mannix. Dr. Mannix filed five well-pled pleadings. The alleged corrupt judge and named defendant in Mannix's RICO action, currently before federal civil and criminal authorities, vacated the contempt rule the following week on the same day she left family court. Ex-governor Ryan's federal crimes were exposed because children died. Jack and Duncan Connolly died as a direct result of Illinois' Family Court Corruption backed by local police.
