Mostly if the miami dade police is on other calls they call the school police to help out the situation. school police is just like regular police officers. if your a victim in something and your trapped if other police agencies are busy, they will most likely call on any available school police officers to come and help you...

the guy who taped it has nothing better to do, probably a Cuban truck diver, possibly a tow truck driver. Most likely got a ticket and is just pissed off. By the way police and fire rescue take care of each other first, sorry if you think thats wrong, but we are the only ones that have each others back. Thats just the way it is. live with it.
