The purpose of a pre-qualifying credit check. is to determine ahead of time if you have a Deposit of obtain service and if you How much it will be. Although everyone qualifies for Service A higher deposit may change your mind about weather or not you want to spend that much money up front

I bought my 3G last year and wanna upgrade but I don't understand yesterdays video..I pay over 100 dollars a month, bought it in august of 08 obviously but am I eligible for the 200 dollar upgrade?
