@moodeys Because Sheng Long means the Dragon Uppercut. Although I do agree that they should introduce Sheng Long as Ryu and Ken's true master. That would be awesome. That way, Akuma is only second to Sheng Long.

Sheng long can fire 2 fireballs air or ground Gouken and Akuma/Gouki can only do 1
