Might have found out what kills the carbon dioxide my wine went flat so I tried 7 cups of coolaid fixed bigtime good color too.sweetened just right

Craig is that a honey mead behind you I have a carboy thats just about done but it`s just a bit flat it tastes like mountain Dew that went flat is there anything I can do to perk it up with a flavor shot .

5:30 Craig is that a thermostat for lights? what is that suppose to be for, a thermostat for house heat system?

It's an electric heating thermostat. It turnes the lights on and off to keep the beer at a steady temp.
