I am one of 13 persons who in 2008 appealed to Constitutional Court re way how Lisbon Treaty was ratified in Latvia.We wanted to make sure, whether Constitution is of greatest power than Parliament,but verdict of Constitutional Court said that Lisbon Treaty was ratified according to Constitution, showing that power protects power. Now I have applied to European Court of Human Rights re Constitutional Courts verdict according to the European Convention on Human Rights and the Court Statutes.
