The Arbiter in Halo Reach

Edit: Why would there be an endless amount of Elite Generals? The only rank higher than general in the covenant army is the Arbiter.

Edit: I know that is not the arbiter from Halo 2 / 3. There have been many Arbiters.

Edit: Bungie is very consisitent with it's love for the number 7. The arbiter is the 7th elite to walk on screen before the death of Noble 6.

funny because he thought the arbitar in halo wars was the elite in halo reach because he held the sword his left hand. the arbiter in halo wars didn't always hold the sword in his left, he had to hold it in his left because sgt forge damaged his right hand with his pistol. but normally elites do not carry swords in their left hands so im guessing it's some other personnel within the covenant that we do not know about. but it's not thel or rippa

Again nice try but no, there are Elite Ranks Higher than General first. Zealots and Field Marshals are higher and considered forerunner seekers and divinely superior. That Elite is probably a Field Marshal, which is highest command

To clear things up, Thel' Vadam didn't earn the rank of arbitier until halo 2, and there most likely was no arbiter since the last one killed during halo wars. His rank was supreme commander and he wore gold armour, as seen in halo 2. So it would be more proper to state that Vel killed noble 6, "If" he did, not the arbiter. Vel was in command of the fleet attacking reach, and he followed the pillar of autum after it's departure, but did he have enough time to take down one of the last spartans?

What are you talking about how does this have anything to do with the video.

If you are saying this because Arbiter shows up in Halo two which is after Halo CE and thats what you are saying a fact that everyone knows, you should reply Halo 2 cause they said there was more than one arbiter.
