One of the big downsides everyone loves to remind me about with solid-state drives is a lack of capacity when compared to traditional spindle drives. Unfortunately, a laptop is limited on internal space, making a secondary drive a bit of an inconvenience when it comes to being on the go. So, I decided to seek out a storage solution that is both fast and easy to carry with me as I travel.

Thankfully, I found this 133x 128 GB SDXC card from Lexar. This class 10 SDXC card is extremely fast, and with 128 GB of storage, is more than capable of expanding the storage capacity available to me through my primary solid-state drive in the MacBook.

Oh yea, I have also read different reviews both that yes and no in as far as most laptops with sd slots will fit sdxc without an adapter. We'll see.
