realMYST Intro and some gameplay

It would be cool if there were guardians of the island that occasionally appear and you had a gun to destroy them in this game.

That would be the worst thing ever. But I'm guessing you're young, so I'll forgive you.

I was referring to creatures made of water that would burst if shot too much. But yeah.

Weaponry sort of defeats the point of the Myst series. :P

ahhhhhh...

I played the orginal and the first 2 sequels, Riven and Exile, years ago and still probably amongst the most atmospheric games I've played so far (more than 30 years of gaming experience here!). I didn't realise until very recently that there was a 24-bit colour version of Myst - nice to see it and makes me want to find a copy and play it all over again.

I prefer the original point-and-click version. All the myst game were good except myst 5 because it was like this remake. Pre-rendering graphic were alot more immersive imo.

Haven't played Myst since I was like 6. Guess I'll go find a DL and try this since I think I would understand it alot better now.
