  • Truly depressing that half of them are singing without scores - how do they do that at their age ? Amazing !

  • For little boys it is quite easy. I remember having at the ages of 8,9,10 sang the 4 Haendel's Coronation Anthems, Vivaldi's Beatus vir and Stravinsky's Mass without any score! I simply had to know the music and the word perfectly, and with 6 months rehearsals, it was not so difficult.

  • Where can I find the entire requiem mass with this ensemble and choir?

  • There is a DVD but I will put other parts next week.

  • Since 2003 The Polish Nightingales exist only with his recording. Attention please! This isn't "Kyrie" on Kings Castle in Cracow but TROS production from Martinikerk in Bolsward (Holland) 3 May 1997.

  • Thanks, I will correct.

  • FANTASTICO, GRANDIOSO! CORO DI ALTISSIMO LIVELLO ARTISTICO. DIREZIONE PERFETTA.

  • Love the sound of a boys choir. Very pure, etherial quality that a heavy, syrupy woman's voice can't produce. What's amazing is that they are keeping up at a good tempo. Excellent director.

  • Incredibile... It is very difficoult for young children, they are fantastic!

  • @Clivejvaughan They're polish that's how ;)

  • Well, I shan't wish to be a boy again, but maybe we could compromise and give an old guy some memory back ?!

Trying to do Verdi Requiem without score; actually, yes, there is a score - it's Verdi 5, Me 0 !

    Relegation threatens !

  • The haircuts of some boys remember me at those which my father had in the early 1940s too :-I but I have nothing to critisize about their singing performance. Excellent!

  • I mean the orchestration. Normally at the Mozart Requiem plays three trombones...
