The first date of Gary's Europeon tour with the UK blues act The Wildcards. This was a small "warm-up" show in Malborough, South West England, 18 October 2006 before we left for shows in London, Belgium, France and Holland.
Gary had just flown in from Austin, Texas and had the difficult job of introducing a bunch of guys he didn't know yet! I've left this fun part in as it shows how the audience just loved him and got behind him. The tour was excellent, by the last night we were blowing the roofs off the venues!...
We had another tour planned for the following year but it was never to be. He's greatly missed.

Gary Primich - Vocals / Harmonica, Vince Lee - Guitar, Martin Vowles - Guitar, Al Wallis - Bass, Kevin Crowe - Drums.

  • thank you, slapbackdaddy, for posting this! I'm looking forward to some more if you've got it... Still miss my big brother and partner in crime every day. Finding this new clip today made me happy and sad at the same time. thanks.

  • Thank you! I've got some more great footage coming soon!

  • Thanks so much for posting this video - it made my day. Really shows how fun and spontaneous Gary was on stage. He was my favorite harp player, and I learned a lot from him. Please post some more Primich video!

  • You're welcome Hophead, you're so right about him being fun and spontaneous on stage...it's something you've either "got" or you haven't. He understood about getting an audience on his side and eating out of his hand, then he could relax and play some great music. I'll post some more clips soon!!
