Episode 22, Season 5:

The next morning
Demi: (stretches and gets out of the bed, she sees that Joe isn't in the bed anymore and walks around the huge house until she finds him) Joe?
Joe: (playing guitar downstairs in the living room, he looks up when he hears his girlfriend) morning
Demi: morning (walks towards him and pulls the guitar away from him and than sits on his lap) what were you playing?
Joe: writing on a new song (leans in and kisses her softly)
Demi: about?
Joe: me you... and junior Jonas
Demi: I like junior Jonas (laughs a little)
Joe: I know... I am the one who thought of it, you can't hate it (gives her a grin before he kisses her again) want me to make you breakfast?
Demi: yes please... don't you think it's weird that I never throw up?
Joe: (shrugs his shoulders) I'm not an doctor just a singer babe
Demi: (giggles and gets up from his lap so he could start making breakfast and since she was to lazy to help she sat down on the chair Joe sat and watched him moving around in the kitchen) will we go to the doctors today?
Joe: (nods) I have already called yesterday
Demi: okay (smiles down at her stomach, hoping everything would be fine)

That afternoon
Demi: (nervously holds Joe's hand while they are sitting down on two chairs opposite the doctor)
Doctor: So Miss Lovato right?
Demi: (nods)
Doctor: you are here to check on your baby?
Demi: yes (smiles a little) my doctor told me that there were some problems with the placenta and that's why I should go and check more often.
Doctor: (nods) okay you may lay down on the stretcher there please and please lift your shirt... also I would like to take some blood from you, just to check if everything is okay
Demi: (nods and lays down on the stretcher)
Joe: (slowly lifts her shirt, smiling at her) Everything will be fine (he whispered in her ear before he kissed her cheek and took a seat next to her)
Doctor: (puts the gel on her stomach again and does everything else a doctor does ^^ [a/n: I would describe it more but I have no clue how that all is named in English... I only know the German ^^] ) oh
Joe: (worried) oh what?
Doctor: (smiles at them) did you consider having twins?
Demi: what?! (wide eyes)
Joe: t-twins?
Doctor: (nods)
Demi: but my doctor said nothing about twins...
Doctor: I don't know what he said but everything is fine with you miss from what I see here there can't be anything wrong with the placenta.. everything looks good and you are having twins... but you should be careful, it can come to a miscarriage from one child by twins more often
Demi: (nods but starts to smile)
Joe: (holds her hand tighter and smiles big at her, he couldn't believe they were having twins)
(A/N: you know a while ago someone said I was always having twins in my stories and I got a little bit mad because this person had no right to judge about it, if she doesn't like it then she shouldn't read it, it's my story and I can do with it whatever I want... I could let them be aliens if I wanted too but of course I wouldn't do that... I hope you understand that and because of this person I thought now... why not let them have twins?! )
Doctor: but they are fraternal twins so they both have their own amnion
Demi: (nods and just smiles at joe not really listening to what the doctor is saying anymore)
Doctor: we still will take some blood from you just to be sure and maybe we already can listen to the children heart beets
Demi: that would be great
Joe: yeah

30 minutes later
Jemi: (walks out smiling)
Demi: Joee?
Joe: yes?
Demi: I have an idea... (bites her lip and leans her head against his shoulder)
Joe: (looks down at her and smiles) what idea?
Demi: for a name... a girls name... if there will be two girls, or two boys or a boy and a girl I want a girl to be names Milena.
Joe: Milena?
Demi: (nods and smiles) a mix between Miley and Selena Mi and lena. Milena.
Joe: I like it
Demi: great. I have to call my mom
Joe: we will do when we are back home (leans down and pecks her lips before he opens the door for her)
