Jim Reeves"s songs still live in my heart. The 1st one I fell for was, Put Your sweet lips a little closer to the phone. He was still alive then. When he died the world lost one of it's greatest, not just America. His music is appreciated by both young and old, Thank God for him.

I have always loved this beautiful song. It says so much and is a love song that anyone can identify with if they've ever had a true love. Jim's fabulous, mellow, warm voice is unsurpassed and full of romance which is such a pleasure to hear. Moonwind, your video here is awesome and thank you so much for sharing it. - Paula
