Well done to University of Ottawa and KM4Dev - a fun and light-hearted way to describe a Peer Assist, true to the description in "Learning to Fly".
How about one for After Action Reviews too? :O)

Incredible, Congratulations, the production is perfect from the music to the explainations, but my doubt raised.... what is the benefit of the participants?
It will be exiting to start a project collaboration to implement in a web 2.0 or better Net3.0 this system for entrepreneurs or to innovation process.
How we can animate the participation? could be voluntary? what is the consensuality into the group?
