This animation is based on the peer assist methodology as outlined in the book Learning to Fly - Practical Knowledge Management from Leading and Learning Organisations by Chris Collison and Geoff Parcell (Capstone Publishing, 2001, 2004).

  • this is a waist of time... do it and move on... your spending unnecessary money on one problem!

  • this animation tutorial is great.. can u share with us where we can find similar animation tutorial like this one? pleaseeeeeee..

  • ...oh and well done to Bellanet too!

  • Well done to University of Ottawa and KM4Dev - a fun and light-hearted way to describe a Peer Assist, true to the description in "Learning to Fly".

How about one for After Action Reviews too? :O)

  • Muy bueno!

  • Incredible, Congratulations, the production is perfect from the music to the explainations, but my doubt raised.... what is the benefit of the participants?

It will be exiting to start a project collaboration to implement in a web 2.0 or better Net3.0 this system for entrepreneurs or to innovation process.

How we can animate the participation? could be voluntary? what is the consensuality into the group?

  • Amazing idea and video. Thanks very much for sharing.
