  • I be the salty-chocolate taste goes absolutely perfect together! I imagine that it might be a little strange at first, because the texture might be a bit weird, but as someone who loves salty-sweet flavor combinations, I think this would be absolutely fantastic!

    agar jelly has a differant taste to geletine jelly. Being plant (or rather algae as it is seaweed extract) based, it goes better with salt.
