Transformers: Battle Universe Intro (Netjet)

This is the intro video to a game released by Hasbro for their NetJet PC Game System called "Transformers: Battle Universe". To my knowledge, this is the only video of any part of this game found anywhere on the internet. If anyone finds any other video from this game, please let me know, or feel free to post it on youtube yourself.

This game is a Battle Royal between some of the most prominant characters in memory from transformers past 25 years. The combatants that you are able to choose from are as follows:

AUTOBOTS
-Optimus Prime (Generation One/Masterpiece)
-Optimus Prime (Transformers Animated)
-Optimus Prime (Transformers Movie 2007)
-Optimus Primal (Transformers Beast Wars)
-Bumblebee (Transformers Movie 2007)

DECEPTICONS
-Megatron (Generation One/Masterpiece)
-Megatron (Transformers Animated)
-Megatron (Transformers Movie 2007)
-Megatron (Transformers Beast Wars)
-Starscream (Generation One/Masterpiece)

The graphics quality for this game fall in the range of N64 or PSX. The characters are very limited in selection, but I hope that Hasbro decides to improve upon this game as this is a wonderful idea. And for us Transformers fans here in the U.S., it's the next best thing to Transformers Tatakai (Japan) which I hope will eventually come to the states one of these days.

there's no soundtrack to this game so far as I am aware, other than just the theme for Tranformers: Cybertron being played over and over.

What you speak of is a different Transformers Game altogether.

This one is "Transformers: Battle Universe" for the Netjet

The one upcoming game to be released next year in 2012 is "Transformers: Universe" for the PC, an MMO. They are totally and completely different games.
