Well done! I recognize the hair and the clothes (rolled up pants on girls in addition to all of your comments) as EIGHTIES. I was not _there_ at the filming, but I was THERE and was around the same age during this time period.

MEANWHILE, I'M AMAZED HE CAN GET THAT SOUND OUT OF THOSE ENCREDIBLY PLIABLE-LOOKING LOAFERS.

I am not sure who this is the oly information
i have is that he was thought to dance by a Baptist Minister and the clip was taken in a hall in Derry
