Left 4 Dead 2 - Fallen Survivor Infected

These are the unused "Fallen Survivor" uncommon common infected from Left 4 Dead 2. Although they are seen in the introduction video, they never appear in-game. Their unique attribute is to create a molotov fire should they be killed with a shot to the chest.

Some additional tidbits:
- Whitaker, who can only be briefly glimpsed without cheats, uses the same model as the Fallen Survivors.
- In the introduction video, a few Fallen Survivors are seen rushing the The Plantation finale, suggesting they were intended to be in the Swamp Fever campaign.
- These Fallen Survivor infected are very buggy and can cause the game to crash. Although they work, they're clearly not fully functional or intended for play.
- When a Fallen Survivor zombie dies, it will occasionally drop an invisible item. These unidentifiable pickups seem to be broken versions of molotovs, pipe bombs, pills, or first aid kits.
