HOW TO: Make a mini-zine

I have a question. What software or program should you use to print a mini zine? Not just put/stick/paste the print outs to a paper.

This video is a great visual explanation on how to a little book with just one sheet of paper. I love these types of books, they great for a card for someone special or for an art swap!
