This is the Top 15 strongest characters before the time skip. It includes only people who are still alive and we have actually seen in the anime. ( NOT Roger, Kaido, Big Mam, Shiki ... )

It is said White Beard is the strongest person in the world. This is true but also strong people grow old. This also goes for Sengoku, Rayleigh and Garp. They once made part of the strongest people in the anime but know they are old.

HOWEVER, this Top 15 is completely fictional. This is my vision of how it could be but we never will know for sure. The only person that knows is Oda.

So please, dont go hate me because you have a different opinion. There are much more than only one Top 15 that are great, cool and correct!

For now let's just enjoy One Piece all together!

@Nimm1Zahl2 Mihawk ( fought equally to shanks) is 99% stronger than the 3 admirals and for Flamingo i don't realy have a proof, just a feeling, we have to wait to see that :)

at the very least, i think that all the admirals should be in the top 10

with Dragon, we know is that he is the most wanted, but i don't know if i would put him as number 1 based on what we haven't seen.

GARP > AKAINU .... in one ep garp is saying to sengoku he is gonna kill akainu (btw garp know Haki so he know that he is stronger than akainu) So garp should be in the top 3 IMO
