September, 1985, in Mentor Ohio, this group was playing a 'fall festival'..The weather turned cold and rainy and there were very few people at the gig.. I was there with my four year old daughter and I remember that Terry was dancing on 'stage' with her..Wish I had a video of that!

To the silly, critical people posting here: all this criticism for such a great band! What's it with you people? This is a DIFFICULT song to sing and perform. If you think it's so easy, why don't you try singing it??? lol The Association does a lovely job here. just my humble opinion:)

Seriously wish I could go up on that stage and hug Terry. I wish he was still working with the Association. He still occasionally does, but he hasn't for a while. If he would, I'd be there in a moment! :) They are all so talented, but really for me, Terry one of the most gifted. The other being Brian, who I would have loved to see live.

One of the most beautiful pop ballads ever written and of course - masterfully performed by the one and only Association! You still hear this mega hit and their other huge hits over and over everywhere! That tells you something....Was lucky enough to see them several times at their peak in the late 60's and early seventies and found every performance truely memorable. They are still performing today!

I'm one of those guys who likes to sit through a show (old age). We went to Ponca City, Oklahoma to see them in the late 1990's and I was up for most of the show and proudly say I got a bunch of other old poeple off their asses and screaming/yelling and applauding. For an hour and a half it was 1967 again.
