Which women's basketball team is better,UConn or Tenn?Which one holds more respect,is more competitive?Personally,I've gotta go with UConn.Yes,Tennessee has won more titles with 8,but Connecticut now holds 7.When it comes to playing each other,UConn's got 'em beat by a mile!
I've been wanting to make a video like this for a while,about two powerhouse teams that bring so much to women's basketball.Both teams hold my respect and hope you enjoy,but.....

Yeah, Pat's tired of losing. That's why she cancelled the series after she had just beaten Geno three straight times.

No video of UT's wins over UConn in the '96 national semifinal or over then undefeated UConn in the '97 regional final? How ironic.

I also agree Baylor might be the team to beat, but Uconn showed that a great mobile forward, can take advantage of a great but not as mobile swing player as Maya's was. As awesome as Brittney Griner is and I know Geno has coached her and has great respect for her, he gave a blueprint on how to beat Baylor last year. NOt by much, one point win, but. There's no denying fact and numbers...Series, Uconn 13 wins / Tenn 9 - Tournament play Uconn 5 wins / Tenn 2 - Title games, Uconn 4 wins / Tenn " 0 "

I respect Pat Summitt to no end, but it was Pat that ended the series with Uconn, refusing to sign the contract, not Geno. I don't see Uconn short on talent. Caroline Doty should be back, hopefully healthy. Great recuirting class. They got to the final 4 last year with one senior and two starting freshman, loosing to the eventual Champions. Maya's gone, more time for others to step up. The bench will be deeper, not there last year. This Uconn fan would love to see Tenn and Uconn again!.HUSKIES

UConn had the best chances of winning the Championship last to make it a 3 peat but like i said... its a basketball TEAM. You cant rely on 1 player. Geno has really screwed his team for this coming season by only let'n 1 player off the bench come in and play games from last season.To end Tenn is the only team to 3 peat. GO VOLS !!!

@volcrazy89 Pat wasnt the one that end'd the Tenn / UConn game during the reg season.... that was Geno. I'll admit UConn is good but not great. If they were great they would have won the National Championship last year and it should have been easy for them considering it was Maya's senior year. And i'm glad they didnt win it b/c its a basketball TEAM not the Maya show. HAlarious !!! Yeah UConn has beaten Tenn more times but it all comes down to chamionships and we all know who has the most
