  • I'm a guy and that was very helpful :P

  • @mzrealm so glad it helped :D

  • can someone tell me how to find my shade in powder foundation? im not interested in liquid foundation since my face is not in a good condition, i try finding my shade in liqud foundation since fiding your shade that way is easier but after i found my shade and went to powder the names are different + number ? !!!!! .

PS. im a makeup newbie + i want to use mineral fd

  • @pofy100 by powder do you mean loose powder? not pressed powder?

first of all for mineral, i definitely recommend bare minerals so if you go to sephora they will help you. but if you want a drugstore one, i would take the powder and compare it to your jaw. i also recommend buying it at cvs or some other store that allows returns (be careful many stores DO NOT allow opened products to be returned)

  • You need to do your eyebrows.

  • @KatieFerraro1 if you look at my recent videos, i have done them :)

  • i am so hopeless at finding the right skin shades for me. especially since the store lighting is so horrible!

  • Thanks for the tips. I always have such a hard time finding a foundation.

  • @OwnedByMyAPBT Wow i never knew that. thank so much for the tip! i kinda figured that i have a yellow undertone because those matched me best and im asian :P lol

i agree professional matching is the best most of the time, you just have to be careful how you look in the sunlight versus under florescent.

  • I have been wearing makeup for many years, and still I struggle with this when I try new foundations. Undertones always confused me, but I picked up the tip of looking at your veins on your wrist & up your inner arm. If they look more green you have a yelllow undertone and if they look more blue than you have a pink undertone. Just getting matched at a makeup counter & bringing your perfect match with you shopping is pretty fail proof though!
