The National Association of Black SCUBA Divers (NABS) partnered with the NOAA's Office of National Marine Sanctuaries for a Nautical Archaeology Society class in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. NABS divers learned underwater archaeology techniques on land and then had an opportunity to try mapping the CITY OF WASHINGTON shipwreck sunk at Elbow Reef.
