Ross, Harry and I were invited into the kitchen of Gordon Ramsay's flagship, 3 Michelin Star Restaurant in Chelsea, London after dining there for lunch. It was absolutely bloody brilliant, and Maitre'd Jean-Claude Breton made the day. Very charming, Very professional.
The blonde lady at the pass is Clare Smyth, Chef de Cusine, preparing foie gras for the evening's service. Must be about 10 chefs, 12 waiting staff, for a restaurant that seats 45.
