Ghost activity footage

I came home one night and decided to use my cam corder for my media project. I left the room to get an ice cream and reliesed that i had left it recording for several minutes. I stopped the recording and didn't think to look at it.
about a week later I was uploading the videos to the PC and was perplexed to find things being moved around the room and the lights flickering. I showed a medium friend of mine the footage and querried on what the footage was and how this happened. Have a look for yourself. If you look at around the 20 second mark you will see the figure the most clearly.
