Which One Do You Agree With: Betty Kegley or Ridor?

This vlog talks about the incident that took place at Italian Kitchen in Mechanicsville, Virginia which I formally informed the manager of incompetent service by a certain waiter which enraged Betty Kegley to no end.

How pathetic is it? I know it is pathetic! But which do you agree with on this matter: Betty Kegley or me?

Ridor, u did the right thing. There was nothing wrong with u and others except carrying everage from the car. it was not cool although waitress was no good. it was like they had to scream out so hard to death for that. ahh come on, I just dont like the idea of behaving like a monkey tapping tapping on table screaming for FOOOOD. Its soo ouuut of manner. I can tell that simply. However, there is nothing to do with deafness, really. Betty was just overreacting and paranoid about deafness.

Yeah about the beverages -- I was stunned then amused with 2 individuals who brought it in the premise.

You're right -- it has nothing to do with deafness. It has so much to do with service and timely manner.

You did the right thing by complaining to the manager about the horrid service. The waitress did a terrible job with your wrong order with drinks and dinner.

Where was Betty during the whole fiasco? I assume she's on other table.

On other hand your couple friends shouldn't have gone out to get a mini cooler from the car. They should have at least gone to the manager to ask what is holding up with that waitress with their drinks. But I couldn't blame them for being parched.

Betty was on other table, yes. And know what she said? She said, "I WAS THE LAST ONE TO BE SERVED BUT I AM VERY PATIENT!!"

I rolled my eyes and said, "Who cares about you being the last -- the bottom line is that service was awful and even you said you were the last one on your table to get an entree but on my table, the first one to receive appetizer was at the same time that you got your entree!!"

That enraged her to no end.

I was not bitchin' to the waitress. But I was fuming badly. But at least, I was blunt, direct and cordial towards the manager who was flustered by that.

Betty, for years, likes to be in control. So apparently, she saw what I was doing and tried to meddle in. I think it was the first time that any Deaf individual has rejected Betty's attempts to meddle and it enraged her to no end. LOL!

Obviously, Betty is really dumbfuck since she was at other table. She was really oblivious to everything. Who gives a flying fuck whether she was the last one to be served? She couldn't comprehend that your table had a very LONG WAIT than hers. WTF with her? Have the bees gone up her ass? LOL

Ouch! I understand the situation one has diabetes. Like I said I don't blame them since they were really parched. I hope the manager is aware of that customer's medical condition, if not...he needs to know so he'll make sure he tells the waiters and waitresses to be more aware and more prompt in timely manner.

InsaneMisha, a couple friends had to do what they had to have cooler to bring in. One of couple has a diabetes, CANT wait for waitress to bring some breads. If not, certain person would be passed out by time. I dont blame them.

Ridor. You got the points. I've no patient for any hearing people! Why should I be patient for hearing people even though they never patient with disabilities. As for my job and my families; OFC I would patient. Waitress and service ought to serve customers proper time, proper way and good attitude that what they're hired for. :) KEYS: T I P S.
