Crooked Rib is a group of fourteen young Muslim women who have been collaborating artistically since late 2007, exploring what it means to them to be young, female and Muslim in Melbourne. Our exhibition opens on the 2nd October at Gallery 15 @ 15W as part of the Melbourne International Arts Festival. Also part of the festival, Birmingham-based UK street artist Mohammed Ali (Aerosol Arabic) will be coming to Melbourne to collaborate with Crooked Rib on a street art mural in Spark Lane. This piece was directed by filmmaker Thomas Baricevic and shot by photographer Paul Barbera. Sound design and music by Ajax McKerral.
Love the video. Just a quick Q. What software did you use to create the vid. Would love to know. JZK
