I don't think this man clearly understands what Planned Parenthood is. Women who are uninsured use planned parenthood as a primary source of healthcare. People think that P.P. only does abortions but they do breast exams, pap-smears, tests for STDs, the list goes on. Abortions are a small fraction of the cost to the gov't. Also, meetings with P.P. are legally confidential, they cannot report prostitution. If they were no longer confidential it may scare young women from seeking medical help.
