@thepowerwriter I'll be 60 soon. I create fitness DVDs for women. I'm recovering from spinal surgery so I'm inviting other women to get in shape with me by providing free workouts. Come give me a visit! So glad you're sharing too!

Thank you for your Documentation
Nowadays with all the knowledge about Fitness (Training) and healthy Life (Nutrition) we can remain in great shape or even regain what we previously lost during decades of bodily inactivity. My suggestion for a wholistic training regimen is to join a Fitness Studio, resistance workout every 2nd day, and cardiotraining at home next day, for example on a threadmill set at an ascent of 10% for "uphillclimbing" which is far better for the ankles than running.

@GetRealFit Thank you for the comment. You're right. The older we get, the more we need exercise. I wish more people would realize that because aging is no fun. If you're fit, however, it can be as good or better than middle age or even younger. The quality of life is what matters.

Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it. Yes, I do the lying I-flyes. I meant to get those in the video but didn't have time. They helped me to heal my torn rotator cuff and I highly recommend them. Thank you for mentioning them!
