3668 Feet: My First High Powered Rocket Flight and my Level 1 Certification Flight. After 35 years of launching A to D motors, I have made the leap to an H motor. This is a Loc/Precision "Nuke Pro Maxx" kit. FLIGHT DATA: http://zfamily.net/rockets/flightdata.html

  • does any of these model rockets ever hit the sound barrier?

  • Yes they do.

Almost all the High Powered rockets are simulated in a program before flight, so the expected max velocity is known before launch.
