God has sent revelation to mankind before, and the original Bible, revealed to Jesus, was from Him. But people corrupted the revelations entrusted to their safekeeping. 18:86 is CLEARLY narrating from the point of view of Dhul Qarneyn.. he saw the sun setting over the horizon and it appeared to HIM to be setting in a body of water. If you doubted, you could have seen these verse of the Quran:
He created the sun, the moon, and the stars, (all) governed by laws under His command. (7:54)
It is He Who created the Night and the Day, and the sun and the moon: all the celestial bodies swim along, each in its rounded course. (13:2)

Wrong, and also you obviously dont understand quantum mechanics, because the world of quantum mechanics is anything BUT deterministic. Please read more about the Uncertainty principle and Quantum entanglement. You can think of it this way. If I wrote a computer program simulating life, the "living" creatures could only understand the rules that govern their world.. they couldnt understand me or the world around them that they cant examine. Homosexuality harms no one. Spreading lies (e.g. Qur'aan, Bible, etc.) does. Just look at the crusades, the terrorists, the theocracies of the Middle East, homophobia, racism, George Bush, Ronald Reagan, etc...
