Still relevant in 2011, amazing/sad that in a school this is still the most common problem.

Like SIMS (school register etc), the old 'you need to log out and log back in' problem. I CANT GET INTO SIMS! I DIDNT TRY UNTIL 5MINS TIL THE END OF THE LESSON PANICPANICPANIC.

This kind of situation should be a litmus test for anyone looking at a job even remotely associated with IT.

hahahaha... Sorry, the cause of problem cannot be fixed, it was faulty to begin with. This seems to be a faulty user, please replace user. I work in IT support and I know the feeling, I could go on all day.
