@NMIBUBBLE I couldn't agree with you more. I wish it was mandatory 1.5 hours every day at the end of shift to do cross fit and mma.

@police111b, I agree with you but twice a month is not enough, it should be two to three times per week. PERIOD!!

@swatman2002 I fully agree. I have been an LE for over ten yrs. with my schedule, I train bjj twice a week, kickboxing when i can, mma 1 day a week, weight lift and do cardio 4 days a week. No one on my squad lifts or does MMA. It's disgusting. Like you said I fight to win and then some. MMA should be mandatory training twice a month, if not more, for every police department in the nation. Stay safe out there brother.

Thanks for the compliment and I agree with you %100 on officers need to train in MMA. However, I have been an officer for over 20 years and in my experience the vast majority of officers just will not train. Hick, they will not even work out. My attitude is if I get in a fight for my life, I do not want to merely survive, I want to flat out WIN! This means a deeper level of commitment to the fight and my will must be stronger than the thugs. Thanks again.
Does fit american cops excist? Even slim at all? I highly doubt it.

You're right they don't exist and that is the problem with people trying to protect and serve our country. One cant even stay in shape!! This is a big problem!!

Thanks for the complement on my videos. The best thing is to start working with weights and working on your cardio to start with. This will get you body some what ready for MMA training. You dont have to shock your body with the exercising. All you have to do is get your body used to the change. Hope this works for you.
