This is the next PM. Cameron in 2010!

Wow, they have the same main-stream media bias as we do in the US. She tried to downplay everything he was saying. Here's to the internet!

He's a traitor. He should have won a landslide even if the electoral system is skewed against him. He went against the most unpopular PM in history, a man who ensured Britain suffered the longest and deepest recession on record, and who has bankrupted the country and yet Cameron couldn't win.
He's just a spinmeister. He got 38% of the vote in these council elections. Hardly solid support. And only 36% in the general election. I've defected to UKIP... proper conservatives.

@UnitedBritannia Tories are falling apart. the coalition Con/Dem are the biggest joke in the British politics.

@whoareyou2me I think she's allowed to question and analyse what he is saying. You have Fox in the USA, that's a fair and objective Murdoch owned news feed isn't it?
-

it's a pity the history of mp's expenses cant be viewed far enough back to a time when Norman Tebit was telling the unemployed to get on there bikes and look for work! Or better still the efforts made by all the political parties to keep the expences scandle from ever being made public.

@007Babylon But the government cannot endlessly create non-jobs for people, because that inevitably leads to financial ruin and debt, which in turn leads to recession and a strangled private sector. This attitude of entitlement and not responsibility is so destructive. Small and medium sized businesses will be the engine for growth - not the central government. We need well targeted tax cuts and less restrictions imposed by a bureaucratic elite; the Tories could do far more on this front.
