*I dedicate this video to my first 25 friends*
Yea, Sea Quest - one of my most favorite games in this collection. I found it very hard to see the divers and the torpedoes shot from the enemy submarines on my TV screen due to the way the colors were on it (thankfully, that wasn't the case when recording the video). I also was pretty fasinated with the low-on-oxygen alarm sound effect (not present here, since I had watched very carefully on the gauge). I do remember getting this far in the past, as well.

In Sea Quest, you must rescue all the treasure divers that you can while blasting away enemy torpedoes and killer sharks before you run out of oxygen. You can refill your oxygen by reaching up to the surface at any time. Evey time you do so, however, the sharks will change color, and become harder to hit from going green to red (they can reset to green after becoming red and going up to the surface again). Occasionally, there is a small grey enemy submarine that travels close to the surface onscreen. It must be taken to caution to return to the surface when this submarine is present, otherwise one may lose a life (perferably don't end up in front of it when doing so).

AGGRESSIVE SEA QUEST! If it seems to get pretty tense, that's probably because it is. The two practice runs I did with this game were pretty nice and happy, but once I started recording, things got rough! I probably did very well since I can actually see the divers and torpedoes very clearly here. I also had high-speed-shooting torpedoes here, so that can explain it as well.

  • Never made sense, why a shark could destroy a submarine.

  • I'm thinking that for these sharks to ruin the submarine, they would have a strong enough biting force or collision momentum for the (most likely metal) material that the submarine is made of to be deteriorated. Whether one could tear through a sub in real life is probably unlikely, as I'm sure submarine manufactuers keep high-impact collisions in mind for making them.

  • Great memories, when I played this game with my friends. It's best 2600 game ever I had been played!

  • Sea Quest, Chopper Command, Keystone Capers, Stampede, Plaque Attack, Oink, Freeway, Frostbite, Enduro. Activision was the only reason why the atari was good. Without they games it would have sucked.

  • MAIS DE 2500 JOGOS - PROCURE NO

  • con ese juego... me la pse un chorro de horas jugando... con ganas gracias por subirlo!!!

  • One time I got over 300,000. Back then, if you got a certain number of points in a game, you take a picture of the screen showing your score, mail it to Activision and you would get a crest of the game you played. I played this game a lot and is my favourite game.

The best part is when the fish left the screen and turned into subs. This meant more points and more divers.
