I find that the Sydney Sleeper is more effective when you are specifically covering a heavy medic combo because if you can pull off a quick body shot on the person that your heavy is concentrating on then you can help them move through the player board quickly... It is especially great as supporting your heavy in a heavy vs heavy battle...
