  • @drawinggraffiti You need to install a mjpeg codec. Otherwise u can try to change the filedefinition from .avi to .mpeg. If this not work check the internet for a free mjpeg codec and install it.

hi, there're several ways to do that, so I own CS3 and I don't know if there are better ways to do that in CS4/5.

The hardest way is to do it as described in this tut with some extra things to care of.

But there's a script and probably it can help u - if it's just 360°, it depends on the panorama. If it's a 360° spherical one you can use the build in plugin CCsphere and give a try if this works

for u.Map the pic on the sphere and make it very big, move the camera inside,

  • great tutorial thanks! - do you know if it is possible to map the 2D footage if i wanted to do a 360 degree pan? Eg. I've got a 3D building that I'm orbiting with a camera, but i don't know how to get a seamless background image for the entire orbit. thanks again for the tutorial. very helpful

think about that the pic is now mirrored.

The best way for me is to use trapcode's

Horizon plugin but it costs 99$.

I will send U two links per mail that might help you.

  • you should put a "curves" adjustment on the cow so that it doesnt look to bright compared to the rest of the picture, otherwise, great tutorial!

  • @Peffken

I downloaded the trail version of trapcode horizon and it's really good. exactly what i need - i think it's worth it for the time it would save. thanks for your help.
