@miltondeleon Ah, I don't have the exact address, but it is extremely close to Ueno station. All you need to do is exit from the Akihabara exit and turn right. You will see a First Kitchen restaurant. Look up, and you should see a bilboard with a giant cat. That is the sign for Nekomaru. Shortly past the First Kitchen, to your left, will be a small, small lobby. You'll know you are in the right one because there should be a poster of all the kitties. Assuming it is still there.
