In some cities the police departmentsare no longer assisting in foreclosures, Wonder if Providence can do something like that.
In my apartment building some rent-a-center bill collectors thought they had the right to stand out in the hallway harassing their debtor even after they were asked to leave not only by them but by me as well. They had no court order or permission from the owner. I called the ProvPolice but they reluctent to help send an officer to intervene :(
