It's Jole Blon, not Jolie Blond, and Springsteen and Bonds put out
this version in 1981 for the Dedication LP, not 1982.

calchick82 is correct. Jole Blon is an old Cajun classic performed regularly by various Zydeco and Louisiana-style bands including the great, late Clifton Chenier.
