Innocent people sit in prisons across our country in numbers that would scare the hell out of all of us because when law enforcement is not held accountable for knowingly convicting and incarcerating the innocent WE ARE ALL AT RISK. If the legal system could do this to 3 innocent young men with absolutely no physical evidence, when they can misrepresent reality to make it fit legal theories what makes you think it couldn't happen to you or me?

Amitus. this killing was most likely done by one of the fathers of the children, if not then by Echols, and Baldwin. I don't believe jessie was really involved

@guitarplayer4real Oh, absolutely. None of these kids have actually read the trial transcripts. All they know is what HBO and Johnny Depp tell them. They're starstruck and don't want to do any work. Read the transcripts. Read the Exhibits. Watch Miskelley's confessions. It's all there. Interesting thing, I remember reading some cop's comments that he thought, in essence, that Jason was even more of a driving force behind the killings than Damian. They put on a good act, don't they?

@66912280 Yep, while I cant profess proof in the empirical sense, this kid Damien (dont know about the rest) is sick. Most of the genius' supporting him are kids themselves. Frankly I'm set back a bit that it takes a parent to see right through this kids lies and deciet. He's guilty as sin and makes all kinds of slips in the documentary.

ACLU style thinking will continue to get criminals released, its their mission. Sometimes they do very well, sometimes they release murderers.

Just watched the first movie. Seems like a lot of the trial was bullshit. Definitely think the West Memphis Police Department did some dirty shit to cover their asses. But, at the same time I can't seem to understand how these three teens could have known so much detail about a triple homicide they did not commit in interviews before it got public.
